An operatically trained singer with a Master in Music in Voice/Opera from the Royal Northern College of Music (Manchester, UK) I have extensive training in music theory, history, performance and vocal technique. I have worked as a private music instructor from 2013 and as a part of my Master of Music at RNCM trained in Dalcroze eurhythmics and vocal pedagogy. Alongside my skills as a singer I am also a trained flautist and hold a grade 8 certificate in Performing Arts from Trinity Guildhall.
As a teacher I want to help my students improve their overall musicianship, develop a reliable vocal technique, improve performance skills and unlock their individual potential! Singing and music is at its core a means for expression, and it is my intention to support students in developing their voice as a vehicle for communication.
I am comfortable working with students from age 10 upwards and will tailor lessons to meet the students personal goals.
