Paris Burns

I'm a percussionist and educator with a background in jazz performance, having studied at the Adelaide Conservatorium. I freelance as a percussionist, often playing alongside DJs and larger groups, and was part of the all-girl band Oscar the Wild. I’ve taught drum lessons at schools like Kildare, Loreto, and Mitcham Girls, and I’ve had many contracts teaching music in classrooms at schools such as Wilderness, Westminster, and Pembroke. I’ve also completed my Master’s in Teaching. I’m passionate about both performing and inspiring the next generation of musicians.

Currently, I teach music at home but am open to travel if there’s time in my schedule.
