My passion to to develop a love of music, which opens up a world of enjoyment. Learning music also develops incredible cognitive, emotional, and organisational skills which forever change your life. I love to see my students enjoying learning to read and play their first notes, developing their capabilities and confidence as they move through Primary School and into High School, where they excel, top their Music classes and do HSC Music.
I am a fully qualified Piano, Theory and Musicianship Teacher with a T.Mus A from the Australian Music Examinations Board. I have been successfully teaching these subjects for the past 40 years. During this time I have taught at Tara Anglican School for Girls as a Piano Teacher for 6 years, and have been the Convenor of the Greater Western Group of the United Music Teachers for over 10 years. I enter students in the AMEB exams every 6 months and also enter students in Eisteddfods, Music Competitions and in Concerts.
