Mobile Private Saxophone Lessons

Skill Level Beginner to Advanced
Pricing $30/half hour or $45/hour

Hello! I am offering private saxophone lessons in the comfort of your own home at any location in the South or West Brisbane area.

I have over 12 years of performance experience, having won numerous competitions and have a comprehensive understanding of the demands of both AMEB exams and orchestras, as well as leisure playing. I have been actively teaching students for the last 5 years and am studying at QUT, where I am also the principal saxophonist and clarinettist of the QUT Blackbirds Big Band and Indie Chamber Orchestra respectively. These experiences have given me the ability to specialise my teaching around each student, accelerating their progress and most importantly their love of music.

Some of my further qualifications include AMEB Certificate of Performance on saxophone and Grade 6 theory. I have developed skill and knowledge of the saxophone through mentors such as Senior AMEB Examiner Graham Evans and Audiologist Michael Thrum. These mentors and my over 700 hours of teaching experience have assisted in perfecting my teaching technique. Some of my fields of specialisation include jazz, contemporary and classical saxophone styles.

I have a passion for music teaching and understand every person has individual needs - either for exams, orchestra or for leisure. I teach in skill levels ranging from beginners to advanced players.

My tuition fee is $30/half hour or $45/hour.
I am very flexible with days and times.
Contact me now and let's transform you or your child's musical skills and technique!
