Piera Dennerstein

Having completed a Bachelor of Music in classical voice performance at Monash University, I understand the importance of having fun with music whilst simultaneously working to ensure vocal health and safety. My aim with students is to bring out the unique properties of their individual voice type whilst cementing the formal technique that will provide them with many years of happy, comfortable singing. I also believe in cultivating an appreciation of music and aim to expose my students to a variety of styles within the classical repertoire. I specialise in teaching correct breathing and placement as well as staging and the interpretation of both music and words.
