Rachel is a skilled and passionate professional classical flute player and music educator.

With experience teaching students of all ages (it's never too late to learn something new!), Rachel tailors lesson plans to suit each individual's learning style and musical goals. Whether you want to pick up the flute as a fun new hobby, or you want to push yourself to excel and succeed, you will be able to develop these goals and experience the encouragement and motivation to achieve. Rachel has experience preparing students with excellent results for AMEB examinations, VCE music and competitions.

Rachel received her Associate Diploma with Distinction in flute performance at the age of 14, followed by the Licentiate Diploma with Distinction the following year. She completed her Bachelor of Music at the Queensland Conservatorium, performing in orchestras, chamber performances and winning multiple music competitions. Rachel joined the Australian National Academy of Music (ANAM) based in Melbourne and performed solo, chamber and orchestral programs across Australia. Rachel draws on the knowledge and experience gained from performing and studying with many internationally renowned pedagogues and flautists to provide inspirational and practical flute instruction for every student.
