Rafael Font

Rafael is a professional violin and viola player and teacher based in Sydney, NSW. Having studied in London and in the Hague, Rafael is at home performing repertoire from the seventeenth to the twenty first century, being regularly engaged with period ensembles like the Australian Brandenburg Orchestra and Pinchgut Opera.

Rafael is also a dedicated teacher, with a comprehensive and flexible teaching method covering all aspects of technique, musicianship, style and presentation to suit all levels, from beginners to the instrument to professionals seeking to further their understanding of baroque music in either modern or period instruments.
