Renae Attenborough

I started learning guitar at 9 years old (11 years ago) and was actively involved in the primary and high school guitar ensembles throughout my school run by Ian Seaborn.

In 2014 and 2016 I participated in 'The Adelaide Guitar Festival' where I was a member of the 'Adelaide Guitar Festival Orchestra'. In 2016, as well as being a member of the Orchestra, I was also selected to perform in the Festival program the '15 Minutes of Fame' where I performed as a solo act.

In 2017 I commenced my first year at the Elder Conservatorium of Music studying a Bachelor of Music (Classical Performance - Classical Guitar) under the tuition of Oliver Fartach-Naini. The same year, I was awarded a scholarship by the University and the students of the Elder Con Guitar Ensemble travelled to South Korea to participate and perform in the Third International Korean Guitar Festival.

In 2018 and 2019 I was awarded a scholarship to participate in the Sydney Guitar Summer School. I began my final year of my bachelor degree in 2019.
