I am 40 years old and have been playing violin since I was 8 years old. I studied violin at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music and have a Bachelor of Music in Performance. I currently teach at St John Vianney's Primary School. I also teach from my studio at home at Wishart QLD.
I am very experienced in preparing students for AMEB exams. I am also happy to teach students that want to learn violin for fun. I have experience teaching both adults and children.
I currently enjoy performing with Queensland Baroque.
My students will have a good foundation in posture and technique. I will accompany my students with piano in each lesson. Many of my students will successfully complete AMEB exams. As each student will learn differently it is important that each lesson is structured for the needs of each individual student. My teaching style is about being kind, positive and encouraging. I am committed to helping every student reach their full potential.
Please look at my website for current available lesson times. I teach after school from 3.30pm-6.30pm Monday to Friday. I do not teach on Saturdays.
