Hi, my name is Robyn
I enjoy sharing my love of music with students, creating a relaxed and encouraging environment so they can learn at their best, whether they are learning for fun or working thorough the AMEB exams.
I believe in building strong foundations with good posture, right and left hand technique, music reading and rhythmic understanding. These foundations enable students to learn more quickly and find their practice sessions more rewarding. Lessons are tailored to the individual student’s age and goals, as well as their current progress.

I am currently offering face-to-face lessons to all students, although zoom lessons are also available on request.
I also teach Level 1 viola.

I play regularly with Norwood Symphony Orchestra, and play 1st Violin in the Octavia String Quartet.
