Violin Lessons

Having studied the violin from the age of four, I eventually furthered my music studies overseas and have played in several top orchestras in many countries across Europe, Asia, South Africa and Australia. Currently, I play concerts with the London-based European Doctors’ Orchestra, and the Berlin-based World Doctors’ Orchestra.

My approach to music teaching is holistic and based on European traditional methods - it includes a thorough grounding in technical development, music reading, essential theory and an understanding of the musical styles of different composers. I also include the history of music and significant events during the time of the composers which influenced their music.

I combine serious study with humour and confidence-building measures to bring out the best in every student.

Lessons are available in either English or German.
