Sally Davies-Griffith

Hi, My name is Sally & I take great joy and pride in tailoring my lessons to suit each students individual goals and needs. My methods draw upon the vast experience I have gained as both a classical concert cellist and contemporary musician during my 20+ year career.

A graduate of the University of Tasmania Conservatorium of Music under prominent Australian cellist - Christian Wojtowicz, I have had the great pleasure to study and perform with some of Australia and Europe's finest musicians and teachers including Professor Jan Sedivka, David Pereira and members of the Berlin Philharmonic.

I enjoy helping students of all ages and levels to develop their own unique voice and confidence both musically and with the cello and am available for lessons either in person here in Cairns or online via Skype/Zoom.
