Sam Scully

Hi! My name is Sam Scully. I am a drumkit teacher that is currently in my third year of a Bachelor of Music, Jazz Drums, at the QLD Conservatorium of Music. This year I am offering drum lessons for students from beginner to intermediate levels.

I have been studying music formally for eleven years and performing professionally for the past five. This has included performances with jazz (small and large) combos, funk and pop bands, at music festivals, clubs, and community Performing Arts Centres. Significant highlights of this period include performances and private tutorials with acclaimed local and international musicians such as Brannen Temple, Paul Hudson and members of Tower of Power.

I am keen to share my passion for music and the joy it brings with students of all ages.

My rates are $40 per half hour for all students from ages 5 and up.
