Piano Lessons

Hi, I'm Shanthi. I'm an experienced piano teacher, offering lessons for anyone aged 5 and up. I have been playing piano for nearly 20 years and have completed all 8 grades of piano practical examination with the Australia Music Examinations Board (AMEB). I am currently preparing for the Associate in Music, Australia (AMusA).

I am happy to teach those who want to sit for AMEB exams (both comprehensive and piano for leisure) or those who want to learn outside the exam structure. My aim is to share my passion for music with my students and the skills that I have learnt in expressing that through the piano.

In addition, I offer classes in Music Theory, Improvisation and Composition.

My rate is $30 per 30 minute lesson. I conduct classes both at my home in Glenside and the students' houses if preferred. Travelling time is charged as extra.
