Sharon Grigoryan

I’m currently Associate Principal Cellist with the Adelaide Symphomy Orchestra. Before the, I was the cellist with the Australian String Quartet from 2013-2020. Before then I was a member of the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, as well as a Core Player with the Melbourne Chamber Orchestra. I toured regularly with The Australian Chamber Orchestra, as well as performing with the Mahler Chamber Orchestra and Spira Mirabilis chamber orchestra in Europe. I have been teaching for twenty years, and have taught at institutions such as the University of Melbourne, Victorian College of the Arts, University of Adelaide, and the Australian Youth Orchestra. I love teaching students of all ages and levels, and also love tutoring chamber music ensembles.
