Sherryn Kew

I am passionate about teaching and the performing arts, and am thrilled to be able to combine my love for both in my private music teaching at home.

I am a Graduate of the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), where I completed a Graduate Diploma in Classical voice, and have a Bachelor of Music and Bachelor of Teaching degree from University of Western Sydney.

I regularly perform Opera, Musical Theatre and Art song in concerts and competitions, and perform in numerous music theatre productions a year, as both principal and ensemble member.
I have also performed as a violinist and flautist in various orchestras and as a pianist in concerts.

As well as performing, I have tutored and conducted The Australian Pop choir, been musical director for several music theatre and pantomime productions, and have taught music and education in childcare centres and primary schools throughout NSW and VIC.
