Sinclair Philip

Hi! I’m Sinclair. I’ve been studying music for more than 20 years and teaching since 2017. My teaching is accredited by the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) and the Music Teachers' Association NSW (MTA). I hold a Bachelor of Music from the Australian Institute of Music and a Master of Teaching - Secondary from the Australian Catholic University, in addition to AMEB certificates in Piano (Grade 8 with Honours), Voice (CPM 4 with Credit) and Music Theory. I teach piano and voice at my private studio in the heart of Baulkham Hills.

I wholly believe in the valuable role music plays in the cognitive development and creative expression of all individuals from all walks of life. I strive to teach in an engaging, fun and interpersonal way with every student, while at the same time building a strong foundation in musicianship, technical facility and performance repertoire.
