Lauren has taught private singing, vocal groups, and drama classes at The Paladino Drama-Music-Dance School and is an active performer in the Melbourne theatre circle. Lauren is currently doing sessional vocal work for Musical Reviews for schools throughout Australia.
Lauren has worked professionally in music theatre, concert and the jazz circuit since 1993. Most recently she was cast as supporting actress in the SOLD OUT production of Mary Poppins at the Frankston Arts Centre, Prior to that, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s ASPECTS OF LOVE (Giulietta) at the National Theatre, Melbourne.
Other professional productions include Magnormos’ MILK AND HONEY at the Melbourne Recital Centre, Melbourne Arts Events Management’s, MY FAIR LADY, and Lauren originated the title role in Magnormos’ world premiere production of REBECCA THE MUSICAL, at Melba Hall. Other significant stage performances in Melbourne’s Music Theatre circuit include BLOOD BROTHERS, (Mrs Johnstone) CHESS (Florence) and INTO THE WOODS (Baker’s Wife), Assassins, and guest soloist in London UK last year for Geoids’ 80 years concert celebration “ Our Time”.
