Singing Lessons - Kyla Allan

Hi! My name is Kyla and I am an experienced and supportive vocal teacher with over 20 years of performance experience and over 12 years of teaching experience watching hundreds of singers learn and grow in my studio over the years. I teach private lessons at my home studio with my husband Alex Sefton in Wallsend and Bolton Point as well as teaching online.

In my lessons, I help my students explore their vocal potential through technique-based learning and love guiding them to discover and embrace the characteristics that make their voices unique.

I continue to perform while pursuing my passion for teaching, which allows me to keep growing as a performer and to share invaluable industry experience with my students.

I have primarily trained and performed as a classical singer and this training has formed the foundation of the technique I teach. I love using what I've learned to help students gain the skills and versatility to be expressive in whichever genres they are most passionate about.

I tailor each lesson to the goals and aspirations of each student, whether they are just beginning on their singing journey or are professionals looking to hone their skills.
