Tuba Lessons

I am a current tuba performance student at the University of Queensland, dedicated to helping musicians of all levels develop their skills and enjoy making music. My lessons focus on building strong fundamentals in tone, technique and musicality, while also adapting to each student’s goals and learning style.

Whether you are preparing for AMEB exams, auditioning for ensembles, or playing purely for personal enjoyment, I will provide guidance to help you reach your full potential.

I bring extensive performance experience, having played in a variety of styles with the UQ Symphony Orchestra, UQ Wind Symphony and a range of brass ensembles. Alongside tuba, I also play trombone and bass trombone, which gives me insight into the unique challenges of doubling instruments, something I can support students with directly.

Above all, I strive to create a supportive, enjoyable and goal driven learning environment that builds confidence and inspires growth.

Lessons are available across Brisbane, with the option for me to travel to you, or at a convenient location in West End.
