Hi all!

My name is Sonia and I’m 21 years old. I have been teaching piano for the past couple of years and am again opening up availabilities around the Eastern suburbs. I am able to teach AMEB grades (preliminary to grade 8) and other music books. I am experienced in teaching mainly primary school to high school ages, but am very happy to teach beginners or adults too.

I gained a High Distinction in the ATCL Classical Piano Performance Diploma from Trinity College London (AMus equivalent) at age 14 and hope to impart my love for music on all my students. I additionally have achieved a Diploma in Music from the University of Melbourne Conservatorium of Music in Classical Voice.

I offer both teaching sessions and am also happy to accompany students while they practice. A 45 min or 60 min lesson will include warmup, developing technique, and learning pieces that you want!

I am willing to travel to students' homes if they are near these areas: Kew, Hawthorn and Balwyn
