Online Guitar and Bass Lessons

Please note, online lessons are not well suited to beginner students. If you have already mastered the basics, get in touch and we can get you on the path to improvement

All ages welcome and the first lesson is FREE.

I’m Steve – I’ve been teaching guitar for 10 years and have been playing for 25.

Apart from just how to play the instrument I also teach practical aspects of musicianship such as:

READING MUSIC: Getting you started on being able to learn songs from sheet music or improving what reading skills you already have.

EAR TRAINING: Helping you train your ears to be able to pick up songs quicker.

PRACTICAL THEORY: Understanding how chords work and how to play them in all positions of the fret board.

INSTRUMENT MAINTENANCE: How to change your strings and care for the guitar so its always playing at it’s best.

Lessons are catered to fit your playing goal whatever that may be. The first lesson is free as it is always spent talking and planning so that we are able to hit the ground running for lesson 2.

All lessons are currently being conducted over either Skype or Zoom.
