Cello Lessons

Tara has extensive experience teaching both privately and at multiple independent schools around Melbourne.
She currently holds teaching positions at; Sacre Coeur, Our Lady of Sion College and Melbourne Girls Grammar.

Tara has had over 50 students of all ages successfully complete VCE music performance exams, MYO and AYO orchestral auditions and AMEB exams from preliminary through to AmusA.

Although Tara focuses on creating a strong technical foundation and the AMEB system, she wishes to obtain the best outcome tailored specifically to all her students whether this be; exams, audition preparation, performance preparation or learning as a hobby.

Tara also actively arranges music for her students upon request. Tara teaching style caters differently to each student depending on their needs and learning style. Tara teaches cello in styles of classical, modern, pop, movie/gaming music and much more.

Tara has a passion for sharing her love of music with others in the hope of sparking this love in others
