I am an experienced guitarist and performer. I’ve played 400 gigs and written 150 songs. I’ve released over 20 CDs and had airplay all over Australia. I’ve had many five-star reviews for my music, and I’ve been nominated for songwriting awards. I specialize in rock and roll and pop but also know about folk and blues.
I specialize in teaching students of all ages how to play simple guitar for fun. I teach students to play popular songs and help them to learn one of their favorite simple songs. I am a very experienced rock and pop guitarist. While I teach some basics about theory there are no exams, and I do not get students to read music or focus on complex theory. My target is to get all students up to the standard where they can play songs and possibly even write their own songs. It is all about having fun.
