I am a passionate music teacher who loves sharing the joy of music with my students. I believe music should be enjoyable, motivating, and rewarding, and accessible to learners of all ages and abilities. My teaching focuses on nurturing a genuine love of music while helping each student develop strong skills, creativity, and self-expression in a supportive and encouraging environment.
With over 25 years of teaching experience, I am a qualified piano teacher and a full member of the Music Teachers Association of South Australia (MTASA). My qualifications include a Bachelor of Music degree (specialisation in Instrumental Teaching), along with advanced practical piano qualifications from the Royal Conservatory of Music and the Western Board of Music in Canada. I also hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
I offer piano lessons to children and adults of all ages and abilities, from complete beginners to advanced levels. Over the years, I have successfully prepared many students for AMEB exams, and supported others as they pursue their own unique musical journeys. Lessons incorporate all areas of musical training and are personalised to suit individual goals, interests, and musical aspirations.
Lessons take place in my dedicated music studio in Happy Valley, offering a calm, welcoming, and supportive learning environment for all students.
