Tristan Lee Piano Studio

Dr Tristan Lee is a Melbourne born concert pianist, pedagogue and academic, whose performances, recordings and lectures have received critical acclaim throughout Australia and abroad. He is a highly accomplished and sought-after piano educator. He gained a PhD in Music from the University of Melbourne, where he also teaches piano and chamber music. Alongside his performing and teaching career, Tristan is also an AMEB examiner.
Tristan offers private piano lessons to advanced (min. Grade 7 AMEB standard or equivalent) and dedicated students who are looking to refine their technique, develop musical expression and reach a higher level of piano playing.
With over 20 years of experience, he has vast knowledge of piano repertoire and teaching methodologies. Tristan regularly prepares students for their AMEB (including AMusA and LMusA), VCE and university exams, competitions and eisteddfods, achieving top results. He endeavours to make his students well-rounded musicians focusing on many aspects of their piano playing and musicianship.
