Sabina Im holds a Bachelor of Performance in piano from the University of New South Wales, A Masters of Music from the Royal College of Music and a professional diploma of Piano performance from the Royal Academy of Music. She has over 10 years of experience teaching Piano to all levels and is passionate about music education and performance.
Estelle enjoys a diverse career as soloist, chamber musician, collaborative pianist and teacher. She is a current performance student at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, where she has been awarded numerous scholarships and currently studies under Clemens Leske. Prior to university, Estelle undertook extensive studies in Munich, Germany under Alexandra Troussova. Since then, she has performed and completed further study in Italy and Germany. Her masterclasses include those with renowned pianists Nikolai Demidenko, Sandra Shapiro, Thomas Hecht, Gintaras Januševičius and Wolfram Schmidt- Leonardy. Growing up in Victoria, she found success in various competitions around the state. At age 17, as one of the top music students in Victoria, Estelle was selected to perform solo at the Melbourne Recital Centre. Estelle has held numerous solo recitals in Sydney and in her hometown of Apollo Bay both independently and as a featured artist in the Winter Wild Arts Festival. She is also a passionate chamber musician and collaborative pianist and greatly enjoys working with other artists.
Isobel currently studies at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, in her final year under Clemens Leske. During her studies, Isobel has been awarded multiple music scholarships as well as the Hon. James Thomas Walker Prize and the inaugural Doug and Margot Anthony (BUDD) Music Grant.
Competition successes include the Queensland Young Pianist’s Award, which she won in 2019, and a gold prize in the Bangkok International Piano Competition 2021. Isobel has performed as piano soloist with the Queensland Youth Orchestra and has been awarded her AmusA. She has participated in several masterclasses for collaborative and solo piano with internationally acclaimed artists including Annique Göttler, Ruth Jones, Scot Humes and Steinway artist Tania Tachkova. Isobel has performed as part of several concerts with Queensland pianist Mark Hooper, including the Concertiade series in Brisbane, and has held several solo recitals in her hometown of Cooroy. Recently, Isobel was selected as one of the 2021 performance fellows at the Dots+Loops Nonstop music festival in Brisbane. Isobel enjoys working as a solo pianist, as well as collaboratively in chamber groups.
