Violin & Viola Lessons

Violin & Viola Lessons (Private Tuition | Exam & Performance Coaching)
I offer private violin lessons and private viola lessons in Mount Barker, Adelaide.
Lessons are tailored to beginners through to advanced students. Lessons are structured, encouraging, and results-focused—building strong technique, confident music reading, beautiful tone, and real performance skills.

About me: I’m Veronica Issa, a specialist violin/viola teacher with 20+ years’ experience in schools and private studio teaching.
I hold a Bachelor of Music (Performance – Viola),
a Graduate Diploma in Secondary Teaching, and
a Post-Graduate Diploma in Studio Pedagogy (Violin/Viola).
I hold full teacher registration and maintain all required clearances and checks.
I can support students working towards AMEB, ABRSM, or Trinity exams, school assessments, auditions, orchestra parts, and confident recital preparation.

How I help with Violin or Viola studies:
I create a clear weekly practice plan, fix technical issues efficiently (bow hold, posture, intonation, shifting), develop musicality and rhythm, and coach students step-by-step for music exam preparation, school instrumental programs, and ensemble/orchestra success.
Therefore, progress feels steady, motivating, and measurable.
