William Towne

I provide guitar lessons for all ages and abilities. I teach many styles ranging from death metal to classical guitar. No matter your skill level and/or musical interests, I can help you improve your music and guitar technique and knowledge, while sharing the fun of learning and playing music together.

I currently teach both in-person and online lessons (through Skye and/or Zoom).

I graduated from the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, studying under renowned UK guitarist Julian Byzantine, and have had many opportunities to perform with and learn from many brilliant musicians. I also teach music in classroom and studio settings, having gained experience working with students of varying abilities and styles over the years.

I truly believe people learn best when they have fun; lessons with me are tailored to your personal music tastes with a focus on establishing and maintaining a solid technical foundation, based in the classical style.

1 Hour lesson - $75 minimum.
1/2 Hour lesson - $36 minimum.
