Violin Tutoring

My name is Zack Liu, and I am offering to teach the Violin for beginners and intermediate students. I have been playing the violin for roughly 22 years now and I will be able to prepare you to do grades for ABRSM and AMEB from preliminary to Grade 8. I will also be able to help you develop your music techniques and musicality, not just your exam pieces.

I am currently teaching at Hume Anglican Grammar and also taught in other places like Chasing Sound Music School.

I graduated from the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music with a Bachelor of Music Degree and I have been performing for nearly 10 years. I have played in different orchestras like the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts Symphonic Orchestra and Melbourne University Philharmonic Orchestra. I have also played in several different string quartets like the Singapore Police Force String Quartet and also formed, led and performed with my own string quartet.

My current qualifications are:

Diploma in Music Performance
Bachelor of Music
