Ziva Altman

I am happy to teach keen students of any age and level. Lessons can be 30, 45 or 60 mins. Amoung other schools and appointments, I teach at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music high school. After graduating from the Conservatorium myself with a bachelor in performance, I left Australia for Europe for further study and performance opportunities. Over those 15 years, I had the opportunity to study with some of the most respected pedagogues of our time. I have been a member of the Dresden Philharmonic, Germany and the Luzern Festival Orchestra and toured extensively through Europe. I have also taught for several years at the famous Yehudi Menuhin School, UK for highly talented international young violinists. No matter what the level of student or age, my passion lies in setting each player up with a technique that will never need to be changed but only built upon.
