Piano lessons for children

Zoe was born and raised in Greece where she studied at the local conservatorium high school. She continued her music education at UNSW majoring in music pedagogy and psychology [Bachelor of Music honours (pedagogy) / Science (psychology)].

Her teaching approach is informed from five years of teaching experience, extensive study of child development and current pedagogy literature. In her honours year, Zoe formulated a thesis evaluating teaching philosophies such as Suzuki, Kodaly and Dalcrose against the current developmental literature.

Zoe encourages self-driven learning, intrinsic motivation and critical thinking. She believes fostering positive engagement and the natural curiosity of the child are key to learning.

ATAR of 93.65% and first rank in Music 2, 2016 at the Hunter School of the Performing Arts
