I have been teaching piano and music theory/musicianship since 2003. I provide a fun, easy going and inspiring learning environment for students of all ages and skill levels. My students consistently achieve outstanding results in eisteddfods and practical and written AMEB exams with an A+/A average. Many of my students have chosen to study music at tertiary level at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, enrolling in composition or piano performance degrees.

My first teacher during primary and high school was Kathryn Lambert whom I studied with for 11 years. Whilst completing my Bachelor of Music Studies degree at the Sydney Conservatorium I studied with Stephanie McCallum and graduated in 2002. Although classically trained, I also love playing and teaching other styles. These range from Classical, Jazz, Pop/Contemporary, Soundtracks and anything in between. I also have an avid interest in composing and have completed a Diploma in Music Composition for Film & TV at the Berklee Online School of Music.

I have had a lot of experience teaching children from ages 5 to 12, however all ages and skill levels are welcome. If you are interested in playing for leisure or would like to do AMEB exams I'd be happy to help you achieve your goals.

Many of my students also include HSC Music candidates, all of whom have achieved a Band 6 in music.

My studio offers students a large comfortable space with two Yamaha acoustic pianos and a full size Yamaha digital piano. The studio is equipped with professional recording equipment featuring Genelec studio monitors and Rode condenser microphones which makes it an ideal environment for recording your audition or HSC Music composition. The software that I use include Sibelius, Musescore and Cubase 10 for composing and recording.

For those of you that may find it difficult to travel or prefer to learn from the comfort of your own home, I also provide lessons via Skype and Zoom.

REFERRAL INCENTIVES are also available. Receive a 10% DISCOUNT off your invoice for every new student that you refer. Sibling discounts offered also.
