Piano Lessons: specialising in beginners and exam preparation

I'm Andrew Fong, a multi-instrumentalist and pianist based in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane.

I currently hold positions as a specialist piano tutor at schools with thriving music programs such as John Paul College and Stuartholme School. My teaching style focuses on creating a strong foundational understanding of music literacy, practise technique and planning, instrumental technique and stylistic understanding.

My tertiary piano studies occurred at Melbourne University with Caroline Almonte. Since then music has brought me countless performance opportunities in venues such as the Sydney Opera House and the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam with Australian state orchestras and chamber music groups.

A free 30 minute trial lesson is available. I offer lessons at my studio in Fortitude Valley or at a location of a student's choice with a small travel fee (dependent on distance).
