Violin/Viola Lessons

My name is Cameron Howe and I am studying a Bachelor of Music (Honours) in performance at the University of Queensland. I tailor my violin lessons to individuals of all ages, with four years experience teaching beginner to advanced violinists and violists. I offer a supportive teaching environment with a passion for helping students achieve their goals. Lessons are structured around the goals and temperament of the student. Beginners usually start on ‘Encore’ books 1 and 2 or Essential Elements books before progressing into their AMEB studies. Other pathways are also suitable.

As an advanced violinist with over 10 years experience playing and performing - I appreciate the need for a solid foundation of technique, in addition to a healthy relationship with one’s instrument and also one’s self as a human being.

In my experience as an AMEB instructor, my students consistently obtain commendable results.

Lessons are held at your home - I am willing to travel 15 minutes from the suburbs listed.
Feel free to contact me with any questions.

I look forward to helping you and/or your child on their music journey!!

Best wishes,
Cameron
