Trumpet Lessons - All styles / AMEB

I am a brass teacher and performer with extensive experience (25 years) of playing all styles of music - classical, jazz, brass band, big band, orchestra, pop/soul. My performance CV is available on request.

I teach all brass instruments with my main areas of teaching being trumpet and trombone. I also teach euphonium, baritone horn, tenor horn, bass trombone, tuba and sousaphone. I generally teach at my house or local schools in Normanhurst and Pennant Hills.

Lessons are tailored towards the needs of the individual student and all aspects of teaching are covered from technique and theory to working on specific material for band or exams. I am a registered AMEB teacher and can coach and advise on all aspects required for examination.

I am a certified graduate of the ABODA Jerry Nowak Conducting course and am currently the musical director of the senior concert band (Performance Ensemble) at Normanhurst West Public School, Intermediate Band at Normanhurst Public School, Concert Band at Hunters Hill Public School and Showcase Band at Hunters Hill Public School.
