Online Piano Lessons

Online lessons are flexible and fun and with the ever-growing list of technological advances in this area, they are very easy to do! I have taught lessons online for the past 5 years and have developed a lot of expertise in this medium. So many students love learning from the comfort of their own home and playing on their own piano (sometimes in their pjs!)

Different online platforms provide for screen sharing, multiple camera views, enhanced sound, online access to videos, sight-reading apps, annotations of scores, recordings and music theory games. Students have a closeup view of my keyboard which enables them to see fingering and technique.

As with all music lessons I teach, I tailor the lessons to the individual student. My doctorate in music education and over 25 years teaching experience helps provide enjoyable, creative and holistic learning for students, whether purely for leisure or to achieve their examination or performance goals.
