Mother of Three children who has lived on the Gold Coast for over 10 years. Heather has a Bachelor of Music and is presently studying a Master of Teaching in Music and Visual Art at the University of Tasmania. Having taught instrumental music in 2012 her experience in teaching “flute” to the young at AB Paterson College, Gold Coast, was rewarding and inspired her to extend her qualifications. She is now currently teaching from a private Music and Art Studio while studying post graduate pedagogy. Heather participates in community music and is presently performing in the Qld Conservatorium of Music’s Gamelan Ensemble. She is also the current Conductor of the Police Citizens Youth Club Concert Band. This organisation is situated in Tweed Heads and Heather travels to this location to help support the PCYC, they support young people by involving them in many activities held at the centre and funds go to help homeless youths.
All my students receive lessons that help extend their musical and artistic knowledge base that enhance their personal creativity. She loves to challenge students with her mindful focused lessons. Two hour art lessons are available during the week, however only on application. Her goal is to help those who are serious about music education for both children or adults alike.

My studio is situated in idyllic surroundings, with room to perform. The location is only 10 minutes from Robina Town Centre. Art workshops are held in a separate studio space at the same location. Together Heather and Hannah aim to provide a service that suits the individual needs of each of their students. Off site lessons are available from the Northern to the Southern end of the Gold Coast.
All students welcome, of all ages! You are never too old or young to begin your learning journey.
