Ocarina Lessons with Josh

I offer ocarina lessons for students of all levels, from complete beginners to advanced players. Teaching covers a wide range of styles commonly associated with the ocarina, including folk, traditional, contemporary and video game/movie soundtrack repertoire. Lessons focus on developing secure fundamentals of breath control, tone, intonation and finger technique, alongside clear goal-setting and effective practice strategies. With an emphasis on musical phrasing and expression, I support students in building confident, versatile and enjoyable ocarina playing.
