Acting & Singing Lessons

• Singing lessons combined with particular attention to formulation of character dramatisation. Correct classical singing encouraged in combination with specific tips, and skills to develop acting ability in music theatre repertoire.
  Can also be applied to other styles including Opera and Operetta.

• Kate is also able to offer "straight" acting advice to students working on plays, or in reading/preparing scripts, poetry, public speaking or doing spoken presentations.

• Students who are working on a specific role in the theatre or an upcoming production are encouraged to take lessons in developing their character (singing or non-singing roles.)

Kate has 12 years + of stage experience performing in various productions ranging from straight plays to music theatre, to operetta and opera. She has also undertaken numerous NIDA 'Acting Technique' Courses in 'Straight Acting', 'Music Theatre' and 'Acting for Screen & Television.'
