Max Leggott

~ ABOUT ME ~
Hi! I'm Max, I've been teaching clarinet and saxophone for 6 years privately and in schools. I've just completed my Bachelor of Music (Jazz Performance) from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, whilst simultaneously continuing my studies in classical clarinet (including AmusA and LmusA level repertoire). I am very experienced with performance and music theory.

~ MY TEACHING ~
My students have ranged from complete beginners to the end of high-school. I have tutored for AMEB exams (grades 1 to 5), and can also provide piano accompaniment :) To me, the most important thing is that my students enjoy and understand the music.

I also offer specialised lessons in jazz improvisation on all harmonic and melodic instruments. If you're curious about jazz and want to give it a try, or already have experience and need some support to further your skills, I can help you achieve those goals!
