Melody Huang

As a prize-winner and recipient of numerous competitions, festivals and scholarships both in Australia and abroad, Melody has developed a reputation as an exciting virtuoso and an innovative pianist, composer and chamber musician.
Having completed her undergraduate degree in the United Kingdom, she was subsequently offered a scholarship to undertake a Master of Music in Piano Performance at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.

With over a decade of experience as an educator in Sydney's most elite schools, Melody has developed a professional and tailored teaching style with a focus on detailed technical guidance, performance psychology as well as advanced practice strategies. Lessons regularly incorporate elements of music history, harmony and theory ensuring students receive all the necessary skills to excel in their musical goals. Her dedicated class of students regularly achieve outstanding results in both exams, auditions and competitions.

As a piano teacher, she is looking for students with whom she can share her passion and experience with, in a friendly and relaxed manner. Melody is particularly keen to teach committed students of any age, whether this be at a beginner or advanced level.
