Piano Lessons for Beginners to Advanced levels

About Lessons
I offer lessons to individuals who aspire for results in developing their musical interests and studies. To achieve this, I tailor my lessons appropriately to my student's needs by helping them address their weaknesses and develop their strengths. Length of lessons Lessons range from 30 minutes to 1 hour. However, I recommend 30-minute lessons for younger children to suit their attention span. Level of teaching I teach beginner-level piano and help prepare my students for the AMEB exams from Preliminary to Grade 8. Whether you or your child aspire to complete the AMEB examinations, prepare for practical performance examinations for HSC (Music 1 or Music 2), prepare for recitals or Eisteddfods competitions, or just want to learn piano for fun, I am here every step of the way to support you.

About My (Marianne)
My (Marianne) achieved CMusA Diploma for piano and has been playing classical piano for the past 15 years and is currently teaching at her private home studio. She was offered a position at the prestigious University of Sydney Conservatorium of Music. Marianne is a high achiever and excellent at motivating and guiding students to achieve exceptional results, especially for those that study music in primary and high school. In her high school years, she was nominated by her school as an exemplary student in HSC Music 2 in year 12, additionally being selected for inclusion in the Sydney Catholic Schools HSC Performing Arts Digital Showcase. She is able to prepare students for AMEB exams (up to Grade 8), HSC music programs, performance preparation and music studies for leisure. Marianne carries a plethora of musical knowledge of genres, styles, techniques, and skills into her teaching. Marianne is passionate about all musical styles and believes that it makes up a person’s identity. She enjoys teaching and immersing herself in music activities in her spare time, particularly playing in the church choir and performing when available.
