Vioin Lessons beginner to intermediate

Hi! I’m Nicola, a recent graduate from USYD.

• started playing the violin at age 4 and earned my LTCL qualification (comparable to the final year of an undergraduate degree) in Year 10.

• have extensive performance experience in orchestras and ensembles, including serving as concertmaster of the Hong Kong Youth Strings (2019-2021) and currently playing with the Sydney University Symphony Orchestra.

• have been teaching students aged 4 to adults in one-on-one, group, in-person, and online lessons, working with various music schools.

• students have achieved excellent results in AMEB exams and competitions.

• tailor my teaching to suit each student's age, personality, and goals, rather than following a single method.

• focus on building correct posture as the foundation for successful playing.

• Lessons include a variety of music books for learning pieces, scales, and etudes to develop strong technique. I also incorporate music theory and musicianship for a well-rounded learning experience.
