What is your personal goal? Does your child love music but hesitate to perform in public? Do you wonder if there is more to music learning than just technical mastery and skill development? Perhaps your child loves music but hasn't expressed their natural talent as they are deemed 'too young?'.

It takes a great deal of love and care to provide a positive environment for the child and along the journey, both parent, teacher and child play an important role in the child's music development. It is incredibly rewarding for the parent to watch their child grow into a confident musician and to be involved every step of the way.

Mozart and Beethoven were Suzuki learners in the way they mimicked and learnt music, like we learn our native language.

There is no distinction in growing and learning as it is a collaborative practise, and ongoing. Unlike other teaching methods, Suzuki Music embraces the mother tongue. The student can learn just through listening, practise and repetition and through the learning process the student develops sensitivity, discipline, endurance and a beautiful heart. Note reading is introduced at an age appropriate stage.

In the words of Dr Suzuki "Musical ability is not an inborn talent but an ability which can be developed. Any child who is properly trained can develop musical ability just as all children develop the ability to speak their mother tongue. The potential of every child is unlimited".

It is my every intention to give your child an unlimited amount of learning, embrace your child's unique character and give them the joy of learning music.
