I am a highly experienced private music tutor in the Labrador/Southport area of Chirn Park. I love teaching both children and adults, whether preparing for an exam or just learning for enjoyment and satisfaction.
I teach through schools and privately from my home studio. I have a Working With Children Blue Card and can also provide professional references for your peace of mind.
Having an experienced and specialist tutor is important for learning instrument-specific techniques, producing a rich and beautiful tone, and learning relevant repertoire. My students learn to practice effectively, understand the theory behind the music and incorporate pieces that they genuinely enjoy. They have all earnt excellent grades at AMEB examinations.
With 16 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor of Music degree, I am dedicated to fostering a love for music in my students. I tailor each lesson with their own individual needs and character in mind.
