Cello lessons

My first cello teacher was Cordula Distler. I then studied further at the Sydney Conservatorium with Cedric Ashton and Osric Fyfe. After 30 years in the QSO as a double bass player, I returned to my first love in 2012, and now have a cello teaching practice covering all levels. With students from 7 to 70 (literally!) I enjoy cultivating a differentiated approach for each player. As a professional orchestra player, an AMEB examiner and QYO auditioner, I can prepare you for exams and auditions. But if you just love playing, that's fine too!
