Kimberley Jennings specialises in teaching young children from the age of 3, introducing them to the wonderful world of classical music through fun, interactive and stimulating lessons.

Whether your child is naturally musical, exceptionally bright, has ADHD or simply loves music, lessons are tailored to their individual personality, abilities and learning style.

LEARNING TO PRACTISE – LEARNING TO SUCCEED!

An important part of Kimberley’s teaching is showing children HOW to practise, not simply what to practise.

Children learn how to read their music, break pieces into smaller sections, practise slowly, use a metronome and recognise mistakes independently.

Parents are given guidance on how to support practice at home, helping children make the most of their lessons and progress more quickly.

A LITTLE ABOUT KIMBERLEY

Kimberley discovered she had perfect pitch at just four years old and went on to become a Music Scholarship student, opening up opportunities to broaden her education at private school, college and university.

Her musical achievements include performing and leading orchestras throughout Europe, having her compositions performed by the Maggini Quartet, composing an A Cappella piece for a concert celebrating the Queen’s Jubilee, featuring alongside Andrea Bocelli on The National Lottery Show and performing with Daniel Bedingfield.

With extensive teaching experience in primary, secondary and SEN schools in both the UK and Australia, including as a Head of Department, Kimberley brings a wealth of musical and educational experience to her lessons.
