Discover the Piano – Ages 3–6

Does your little one love music and show an interest in playing the piano?

Introducing piano at an early age can be a wonderful way to develop musical awareness, listening skills, concentration and confidence.

My preschool piano lessons combine fun, interactive games and activities with the beginnings of classical piano technique. Children are gradually introduced to:

• Finding their way around the piano keyboard.
• Recognising notes and beginning to read music.
• Developing rhythm and a sense of musical timing.
• Playing simple melodies with good technique.
• Listening, remembering and recognising musical patterns.
• Learning how to practise and develop their skills.

Lessons are individually tailored to each child’s age, ability and attention span, creating an enjoyable introduction to music while establishing strong foundations for future learning.

Children can learn purely for enjoyment or, as they progress, work towards AMEB examinations and more advanced repertoire.

DAYTIME APPOINTMENTS: WEEKDAYS, 9AM–3PM

Ideal for preschool children who are not yet at school.

Parents are very welcome to stay and enjoy the lesson or drop their child off and return to collect them afterwards. Regular feedback and practice guidance are provided to keep parents involved in their child’s progress.
