Monique Clare Bartkowiak

Hi there! I am a classically trained folk cellist, singer-songwriter and educator. I perform as Monique Clare, have toured internationally as a member of folk band The Maes, and have worked as a multi-genre session musician for artists including Kate Miller-Heidke, Katie Noonan, Eminem, Darol Anger and Hanneke Cassel. I graduated with a Bachelor of Music at the Queensland Conservatorium in 2015 where I was awarded the Vada Jeffries Bach Prize, and was a member of the Australian Youth Orchestra.

With the pandemic altering the landscape of the music industry, I'm excited for the opportunity to be able to offer lessons again!
